The NJ Gators are a premier training and development travel softball organization led by a head coach with 30+ years of high-level experience, alongside former collegiate athletes committed to helping players reach their full potential.

In addition to player development, we also provide a unique marketing and exposure initiative, helping athletes and teams build visibility while supporting their individual goals on and off the field.

10U Messick

The NJ Gators 10U (Messick) team is a 2025–2026 travel squad, located in South Jersey. We focus on developmental skills during the week and compete in open level tournaments across the tri-state area during the weekends.

What we stand for

• Compete hard — every inning, every tournament
• Develop skills — hitting, fielding, pitching, and game IQ
• Support each other — teammates first, win or lose

Practice & home base

We train throughout the season in southern New Jersey. Schedules and locations are shared with families via team communication.
